For our top-brand marine/heavy civils contractor, our team is currently looking for a travel-based Site Manager.  The Site Manager is a rotational travel role to job sites across the US.  

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

The client is a top provider of dredging, marine, and heavy onshore/offshore civils services in the United States, clients in oil and gas, renewable energy, Corps of Engineers projects, and other business segments.

The Site Manager is responsible for safely and efficiently supervising dredging, beachfill, reclamation, towing, and disposal operations and related dredging project activities. The Site Manager reports to the Project Manager while assigned to his/her respective project.

QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

The successful candidate will have a college level degree in engineering, construction management, or other related technical field and a college level degree in engineering, construction management, or other related technical field.  Project supervisory expertise with at least five years of relevant experience including dredging and/or marine construction.

WORK CONDITIONS:

The Site Manager is a rotational traveling position for various project sites across the US. 

Meal allowance, lodging, and transportation are provided by the Company. 

This position will be 100% Nationwide. Travel & rotating schedule 17 days on/11 days off.  The company pays all travel and accommodation.

Assignments require a rotational schedule of 17:11 ratio: equates to 17-days at work followed by 11-days of time-off. Please note, rotation and travel will be project-dependent and could change based on project/vessel requirements.
