Network Security Architect Specialist

Position Overview

Our team is currently looking for a Network Security Architect Specialist for one of our clients in the Oil and Gas industry. 

Responsibilities & Essential Duties

• Design public and/or private networks including LAN/MAN/WAN (local/metropolitan/wide area networks). 

• Design work includes placement and specification of servers, routers, switches, firewalls, remote access systems, and network management systems. 

• Serve as a liaison with network engineers, vendors, and other third-party providers in installation of network.

• Conducts complex work important to the organization

Qualifications (Education, Experience, & Skills)

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering. 

• May have completed an advanced degree, certification, or additional professional training. 

• Career-Level position within field. 

• Requires experience and proficiency in discipline. 

• Works with minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment. 

• Typically requires six to nine years’ experience or equivalent education.
