Role Overview:
The Project HSE Manager will ensure the effective development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Project HSE Management System across all project phases. They will lead HSE personnel, ensure compliance with regulations, and support risk management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the Project HSE Management System in alignment with company, client, and regulatory standards.
- Provide HSE leadership and technical guidance to project teams and site personnel.
- Oversee HSE compliance, risk assessments, audits, and emergency preparedness plans.
- Ensure design and construction activities meet HSE requirements (ISO14001, ISO45001, OHSAS18001).
- Conduct HSE audits, implement training programs, and drive HSE initiatives.
- Coordinate permit management, environmental compliance, and incident investigations.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of HSE experience in offshore oil & gas, with expertise in EPCI projects.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and auditing.
- Certification in ISO14001, ISO45001, or OHSAS18001 preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
