Position Overview

Our team is currently looking for a Program / Project Manager for one of our clients. 

The Program/Project Manager oversees and coordinates projects and programs within the organization, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities & Essential Duties

•    Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

•    Develop detailed project plans and timelines.

•    Coordinate project resources and stakeholders.

•    Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.

•    Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

•    Manage projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

•    Function as the Scrum Master and conduct Agile ceremonies for Agile projects.

•    Lead project teams through an iterative delivery process, especially for new business projects with unknown requirements.

Qualifications (Education, Experience, & Skills)

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

•    Agile Management experience. 

•    Strong project management skills.

•    Experience with project management software.

•    Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

•    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

•    Mastery of core project management disciplines.

•    Ability to work in a highly adaptive environment.

•    Understanding of negotiating scope while supporting DT standards.
